No maps for these territories

Outside: rainy, cold. Inside: pyjamas, tea, half-watching Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead and half chatting on the internet/working on my webpage/working on the ‘pedia.

I can’t think of a nicer way to recover from a long and crazy weekend, which guest-starred , , , and . It was a great deal of fun, though.

Let’s all think good thoughts about : after three (3!) days of driving, she arrives in Vegas tonight and starts work tommorow morning. Crazy girl. She was at my house last night; we took J. to the airport and then went exploring in San Francisco, buying ice cream at the Ghiradelli store, driving over the Golden Gate bridge, looking at the Christmas lights, and generally did sf-in-an-hour. It was grand fun, though neither of us got much sleep as I had work in the morning and echoree had to drive to Vegas.

In other news, j. may be buying a house in seattle. yowsa!
