Wikimania 2008: a success. Thanks everyone:
I got home late thursday after a 16 hour journey in a 26 hour day; went to work the next day and the farmer’s market, but haven’t done too much else. Am curled up today with computer, laundry and a sore throat, happy to be home.
I will catch up with posting to and reading LJ later; let me know if anything momentous happened.

Man, I hate it when that happens.
We always cross our fingers that WP doesn’t go down during Wikimania, because if the conference should happen to not have internet we’d be fucked — all the technical staff stuck in one place.
