I had kind of a strange conversation today, about the past and its discontents, and it made me realize that I really like where my life is now, compared to where it once was. This is a good thing, even if it did take me an inordinate number of years to get here, with a little heartbreak along the way.
I have been busy working on a new website, which comes complete with new wordpress. I have plans to move the No Maps blog — six years of fairly uninteresting rambling! — off to a new site and perhaps professionalize it a bit, talk more about my work and research and less about day to day mundanities — but that requires a good bit of cleanup on both the old and new ends. Stay tuned.
