election parties!
I am having an election returns viewing party! If you are reading this and are local you are invited. (Unless you are my crazy stalker. J/K.) If you’re not local and want to come visit that is always welcome too, of course.
It starts at 6pm and is at my house; I plan to serve an informal dinner and have lots and lots of booze on hand so we can celebrate/drown our sorrows. I invited lots of people, but am only expecting a few to stay through the evening … which is probably best since my house is not very large (or, um, I guess they might all come in which case it will be crowded? Yikes).
Now, of course, I have to clean the place up! Ugh. It’s good motivation, though, I guess…. Now I have no more excuses! Maybe I should take before and after pictures.
